2012 Looks Like a Great Year for NH Home Sales

Peter Francese over at the NH Asssociation of Realtors Pulse blog crunches the data for 2012 NH home sales and the numbers look compelling. According to Peter:
”First quarter residential home sales in New Hampshire were 17 percent above 2011 and the highest they have been since 2007. Maybe it was the mild winter, or perhaps it was the rising stock market. Whatever it was, it may predict a very good year and the beginning of the end of this historically long period of flat home sales.”
As Peter details, what’s more is that relative to median income, home prices are quite low. So it seems to be a good environment for buyers looking for deals and for sellers looking to move properties if priced right.
