In 2015, Julius and his family moved to New Hampshire with the help of Porcupine Real Estate. It was the beautiful land and liberty that made Julius proud to live in The Granite State, and it did not take long to become his new home. With a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a passion for real estate, he brings a material and structural perspective to buildings.
His passion comes from his father’s profession as a real estate investor, giving him an analytical edge and value oriented mentality when reviewing properties. Julius grew up watching and helping his father manage his small business where he got experience making repairs, doing installations, learning landlord-tenant relations, and general property management.
Before Julius finished his degree, he signed up for real estate classes and became a licensed Salesperson in 2025. Clear in his communication and intentions, he strives to serve all your best interests personally and professionally.
