Our family was looking to make the move from Southern California to either TX or NH. After meeting with Zack earlier in the spring of 2022 he helped us to decide on NH. Over the course of the next 6 months, he was incredibly helpful in finding houses that met our needs and our budget. Buying a new home can be incredibly stressful on its own – then add in distance, time difference, schedule availability, limited showings, and market conditions. Every step of the way Zack was our advocate and helped us put our best offers forward. When we found what would become our new home, we couldn’t be more grateful that throughout the whole sale and after-sale process he continued to have our back and work with the selling agent and builder. His knowledge of other providers and networks helped us accomplish everything we needed before, during, and afterward. We couldn’t be happier with our new home and are incredibly grateful to be in the great state of New Hampshire now!

Zack found an off-market deal and brought it to a mutual group we participate in. He coordinated a quick contract write up and offer as soon as I told him I was interested. He made the closing process quick and easy. I would work with Zack again to find another investment property because of his solid network. He is also helping me find my personal home and he has gone above and beyond helping me accomplish that.
