Porcupine Real Estate

Team Porcupine Real Estate is excited to announce that we are establishing our own brokerage! Mark Warden recently passed the broker's license examination and the full transition is happening very soon. Some of our friends & clients might have questions about this transition, and we wanted to take a minute to address any concerns:†

- Why the change to a new brokerage?

Team Porcupine Real Estate is growing steadily and we are building the infrastructure for continued expansion. We appreciate our former broker, Matthew Ping of Ledgeview Commercial Partners, for his professionalism and friendship.†

- What does this change mean for existing clients?

Existing clients will not notice any change in service or response. It's business as usual. Only the letterhead changes.†

- Do existing clients need to sign new forms?†

Yes, if you are a client under an active Exclusive Buyer Agency Agreement, we will ask you to sign an updated agreement with the new brokerage name on it. Our Transaction Manager, Amy, will be in touch in the next few weeks.†

- I'm currently under contract on a home. How will this affect my purchase or sale?

It won't affect any transactions that are currently under agreement.

We thank all our friends & clients for their support, and we look forward to continuing to provide client-focused service.
